Canada is slowly but surely preparing for the Four Nations Tournament scheduled for next February. This serves as good preparation for Canadian NHL players looking ahead to the 2026 Olympics.
The national team will be led by stars such as Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, Nathan MacKinnon, Cale Makar, Brad Marchand, and more.
Canada will once again field a strong team on the ice, which is expected given that hockey is our national sport.
However, in goal, the situation is not as strong as it once was. We are far from the days of Martin Brodeur, Patrick Roy, Roberto Luongo, Curtis Joseph, and others.
The NHL Network has listed six options among Canadian NHL goaltenders, but Samuel Montembeault is not included.
The list features Tristan Jarry, Stuart Skinner, Jordan Binnington, Adin Hill, Connor Ingram, and Logan Thompson.
