In the last few hours, the Montreal Canadiens have provided a very worrying update on three team players simultaneously.
On one hand, it was learned that forward Rafaël Harvey-Pinard will have to be sidelined for four to six weeks due to a lower body injury. The Quebecer suffered an unfortunate injury during Saturday's game against the Dallas Stars.
"Rafaël Harvey-Pinard will miss four to six weeks due to a lower body injury."
However, the legendary misfortune of the Canadiens did not stop there. Two more injuries were added to the list in Sunday's match against the St. Louis Blues.
Jordan Harris left in the first few minutes of the game following a violent contact against the boards. He likely suffered a severe concussion, apparently.
Finally, the painful 7-2 home loss was very costly as the excellent Kaiden Guhle also fell in battle towards the end of the game.
The CH stated that Harris will be evaluated daily (which is a good indicator of a concussion) and that Guhle was still under evaluation for the extent of his injury.
"Jordan Harris is being evaluated daily (upper body) and Kaiden Guhle is still under evaluation."
These are very discouraging news regarding three young players of the team, especially at a time in the season when the team must already deal with significant losses within the team.
