In the last few minutes, a pleasant surprise was captured by Anthony Martineau live from the Montreal Canadiens' practice at the Bell Centre.

Indeed, as the team prepares for its matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers tonight, eagerly awaited reinforcement might potentially arrive in Martin St-Louis' lineup.
For the first time since his injury sustained against the Florida Panthers on January 30, forward Christian Dvorak was practicing in a regular jersey, hinting that he might officially return to play in the near future.
This would be excellent news for the Canadiens, especially since the organization had previously indicated that his 2023-2024 season was over after he underwent surgery for a tear in a major pectoral muscle.
With a few games left in the campaign, his return to the Montreal lineup could certainly inject dynamism into Martin St-Louis' attack. Recall that the 28-year-old center, who was acquired to replace Jesperi Kotkaniemi, has unfortunately missed many games over the last three seasons due to various injuries.
Earning a salary of $4.45 million until 2024-2025, Christian Dvorak will surely be motivated, as he will try to prove to the management that he deserves a contract extension with the organization.
Since his arrival with the Bleu-Blanc-Rouge, CH's number 28 has accumulated a total of 24 goals and 44 assists (68 points) in 145 games.
