According to recent reports, the Capitals, along with the Wizards, are set to leave Washington D.C. for Northern Virginia soon. Here are the details revealed by journalist Scott Abraham in the last few hours:

"It's happening! The Capitals and the Wizards are going to leave Washington D.C. to move to Northern Virginia. That's the plan. Sources tell 7NewsDC that Ted Leonsis will attend an event tomorrow at Potomac Yard alongside Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. It will start at 9 AM."
