Alongside goaltender Igor Shesterkin, the Quebecois is clearly one of the Rangers' top performers during this NHL playoff season.
He has tallied 14 points, including 8 goals, at the most crucial time of the season. He's impressing everyone and proving in a beautiful way that the Rangers were right to wait and be patient with the first overall pick of the 2020 draft.
According to several observers, Rangers stars like Artemi Panarin, Mika Zibanejad, and even Chris Kreider should take inspiration from Lafrenière's play and follow the young Quebecois.

"Artemi Panarin: If you want inspiration, look at Alexis Lafrenière. Look at how he behaves every time he's on the ice. You know what? Your inspiration might just be a 22-year-old kid!"
