There are two situations that are extremely worrying for the Montreal Canadiens: the cases of Josh Anderson and Brendan Gallagher.

Together, they account for $12 million of the team's salary cap, essentially offering fourth-line player performances. Needless to say, these investments are likely to hurt the Canadiens for quite a while since they are signed for three more seasons.
Moreover, regarding Gallagher, he is about to add his name to the franchise's record books, but for a completely undesirable feat.
The 31-year-old winger could leave his mark for the absolute record of mediocrity by finishing the campaign with the worst plus-minus in a season in the entire history of the Canadiens.
Currently, he shows a terrible result of -24, and at this rate, number 11 could end the year at -35. That's a very chilling result.
What's completely crazy is that in more than 115 years of the CH's existence, the worst plus-minus was -31. Gally is about to surpass this mark and push it even further into mediocrity. Ouch!
A record within reach that confirms a monstrous disaster for Gallagher.
