As you know, Martin St-Louis has officially left the Montreal Canadiens temporarily to take care of one of his sons in the United States, thereby delegating his head coach duties to his assistant Trevor Letowski.

Given his extreme dedication to the organization, a rather serious situation must have occurred for him to decide to leave the team's surroundings to join his family.
However, we fully understand his decision. After all, there is nothing more important than family in life, and we are all behind our head coach in these difficult moments.
However, during Trevor Letowski's press conference last night, the interim head coach made a completely unexpected statement. Indeed, despite the fact that Martin St-Louis is going through a worrying period at the moment, he is constantly in communication with Letowski to be involved in the team's different decisions.

Wow! This is definitely great news!
In the last few hours, the Montreal Canadiens announced two changes to their lineup for tonight's game against the Edmonton Oilers. Forward Michael Pezzetta and defenseman Johnathan Kovacevic will rejoin the lineup, while Tanner Pearson and Jayden Struble will be left out.

However, many fans wonder if these modifications come from Martin St-Louis or Trevor Letowski. Knowing that the Quebecer is still very involved in the team's daily operations, it wouldn't be surprising if he was the one who decided to make these changes.
It's quite impressive to think that Martin St-Louis, directly from his living room in the United States, may have potentially ordered these modifications. Certainly, one can never fault him for a lack of passion, as he is ready to do anything to help the team succeed, despite his absence.
