An extremely sad announcement has been made by P.K. Subban. The former Montreal Canadiens defenseman is mourning the loss of one of his dearest fans, who became a friend over time, little Loic.
Unfortunately, Loic was suffering from a rare genetic disease that ultimately prevailed after a long battle.
In a message filled with emotion, the famous number 76 paid tribute to Loic, and it is genuinely very sad.
"We all have the ability to be the light in someone's life. Loic and I were the light in each other's lives. That's what I can share with all the children I meet. Loic will be missed but we will never forget him for his smile, his laughter, and his larger-than-life energy."
The two had maintained a beautiful relationship for some time, and we can see that P.K. sent him a congratulatory message when Loic graduated from high school in June 2021.
Whenever Subban was in Montreal, he made time to see Loic, notably to have long conversations with him and to play video games.
We offer our deepest condolences to Loic's family and loved ones.
