The 26-year-old Quebec native has inked a one-season deal with the Trois-Rivières Lions, marking his transition to the professional level after shining in the NCAA in recent seasons.
Standing at 6 feet tall, Brushett has proven himself as a center, tallying 21 points, including six goals, in 37 games during his last campaign with R.P.I.
