The Oilers trail 2-1 in the series against the Canucks. Star player Connor McDavid has been on the receiving end of vicious hits, and they intend to seek revenge in the next game.

Several players hinted at this after witnessing Connor McDavid endure two very severe cross-checks late in the game.
Vincent Desharnais was not pleased. The Quebecer warns Canucks players for the next game to somewhat avenge the Oilers' star player.
"Last year, I got a lot of penalties. I promised myself that this time, I wouldn't put my team in trouble. But they [the Canucks], they play on the edge. So, I believe I can also push that edge a bit. When I see our best players getting cross-checked in the face and ribs, it's frustrating and it makes me want to play a bit tougher. That's why it's a long series. It should be a good Game 4!"

- Vincent Desharnais

The message from the 6-foot-7 behemoth is clear. Desharnais is now more motivated than ever for the next game and the remainder of this Canadian series.
