Vasili Podkolzin

The Edmonton Oilers acquired forward Vasili Podkolzin from the Vancouver Canucks. Podkolzin was previously the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft.

In exchange, the Canucks receive a fourth-round pick in 2024 from the Ottawa Senators.
Last season, Podkolzin earned 28 points in 44 games with the Abbotsford Canucks in the AHL. He also recorded two points in 19 NHL games with Vancouver.
