Francis Bouillon goes into business
Francis Bouillon, the former Canadiens defenseman, is leading a busy new life after his sports career.
About a year ago, he became a co-owner of the Québec Azimut outfitter, a peaceful haven located about sixty kilometers from La Tuque.
This 100-square-kilometer site, including a lodge, nine cabins, and twenty lakes, offers exceptional fishing opportunities for Québec's four major species.
Bouillon, whose hockey career ended ten years ago, has actively participated in the renovation and improvement of the site, directly involving himself in the work with his associate, Claude Juteau.
This outdoor enthusiast, who discovered hunting and fishing later in life, now delights in transforming Québec Azimut into a dream destination for nature lovers.
He also continues to work with the Montreal Canadiens, where he guides the team's young prospects.
At 48, Bouillon juggles his passion for hockey, hunting, and fishing while remaining a dedicated mentor to young players.
