Major new information regarding the next head coach of the Rocket

Summer has started and vacations have begun for many Quebecers, but there are still matters to be settled for the Montreal Canadiens organization ahead of the upcoming season.

The Rocket still doesn't have a head coach for the next season, and the position left vacant by Alex Burrows remains unfilled.

According to reports from "HABSolumentFan," it appears Pascal Vincent is no longer being considered as a candidate.

He will still receive his full NHL salary this season and reportedly isn't interested in an immediate return to the AHL.

Serge Aubin, a Quebec-born coach based in Germany, has also reportedly turned down a potential offer from the organization.

The names of Sylvain Favreau, Louis Robitaille, and Gilles Bouchard are still in circulation. A resolution in this matter should come soon...
