Insider Drops Another Bombshell on an Imminent Jake Allen Trade

During his most recent appearance on BPM Sports, the renowned Pierre LeBrun just made an extremely interesting announcement regarding Jake Allen.

The TSN insider confirmed that a trade is very likely to be concluded soon for the veteran goalkeeper, even adding a timeline for his departure.

According to him, Allen's journey within the organization should end by June, which is a time of the season when teams no longer have strict constraints with their salary cap.

This also coincides with what Kent Hughes recently stated, assuring that he would not have three goalkeepers for the next season.

Therefore, even if Allen does not find a taker by the trade deadline, one should not despair. If he does not move by then, he will surely leave the Canadiens over the summer.
