In the last few minutes, the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, confirmed excellent news ahead of the season's first game against the Boston Bruins.
Indeed, Quebecois forward Rafael Harvey-Pinard will be returning to play, having missed the last three games of the Canadiens due to a lower body injury sustained against the Arizona Coyotes last Thursday.
The 24-year-old forward will be in the Montreal lineup while Joel Armia will be sitting out, despite performing very well since his call-up from the Laval Rocket.
"Martin St-Louis confirms Harvey-Pinard's return to the lineup. Armia will sit out against the Bruins. Samuel Montembeault is the starting goaltender." - Andrée-Anne Barbeau
There is no doubt that the energy and intensity of RHP will be important factors in what promises to be an intensely contested match against the Bruins.
It will be particularly interesting to see the line combinations the CH head coach will use, as the Quebecois was playing alongside Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield before his injury.
