Artturi Lehkonen, the former Montreal Canadiens forward now with the Colorado Avalanche, was involved in a very concerning incident during the last Avalanche game. He crashed headfirst into the boards following a collision with Jamie Oleksiak.
Unable to return to the game, the Finnish player was immediately taken to the hospital for further evaluations, indicating that his injury could be quite serious.
