Significant change behind the Islanders' bench with Patrick Roy, and we have the details

Patrick Roy is now the new head coach of the Islanders, beginning his first full season.
Lou Lamoriello has made changes to the coaching staff, all of which have, of course, been approved by Patrick Roy.
His fellow Quebecer, Benoit Desrosiers, will remain by his side. The major change involves the goaltending coach-Mitch Korn has been let go.
Korn had been with the Islanders for a long time and had done an excellent job with the team's goalies over the years.
However, Patrick Roy also has some experience in this role and may want to take a more active role in managing his goaltenders.
