Huge draft surprise for the Canadiens: A defenseman selected?

TSN analyst Craig Button recently released his list of the top ten prospects for the NHL Draft scheduled for June 28 in Las Vegas.
While Macklin Celebrini is expected to be the first overall pick, the rankings for the other players remain uncertain. True to his style, Button surprised many with a list that diverges from common predictions.
Notably, Artyom Levshunov is not in the top three, and defenseman Anton Silayev is absent from his rankings. Conversely, Sam Dickinson of the London Knights is ranked 8th.
On the podcast *Processus*, Mathias Brunet and Simon "Snake" Boisvert discussed Dickinson's potential, suggesting that his talent might surpass that of David Reinbacher. They believe the Canadiens would find it hard to overlook Dickinson if he's available at the 5th pick, despite being a left-handed defenseman.
At 17 years old, Dickinson, standing 6'3" and weighing 204 pounds, shone this season with 70 points in 68 games.
It remains to be seen if Canadiens' GM Kent Hughes will take this gamble on June 28.
