Having struck out with several centers in the free agent market, the Jets may have to settle for their Plan B, C, or D.

They were unable to extend Sean Monahan, who ultimately became a rental player for the Jets, and they are desperately seeking help for Mark Scheifele at this crucial position.

It's no secret that the Canadiens are trying to move Christian Dvorak. He could potentially be a second or third option for the Jets after missing out on their top choice.
