The Montreal Canadiens organization has announced a significant wave of signings. Six players have agreed terms with the Laval Rocket, including several very interesting acquisitions.
The Rocket has bolstered its roster with the signings of two forwards, three defensemen, and one goaltender. Quebecers Laurent Dauphin, Vincent Arseneau, and Vincent Sévigny are joining the Laval locker room.
Dauphin, a solid player from the American Hockey League, returns to the team. Arseneau brings his formidable stature and tough play, with extensive professional experience.
Vincent Sévigny, son of former Canadiens player Pierre Sévigny, will also don the Rocket colors next season.
A key player, Tyler Wotherspoon, will play a crucial role on the blue line for the Canadiens' farm team.
"The Rocket has reached agreements on a one-year, one-way contract with forwards Vincent Arseneau and Laurent Dauphin, defensemen Joshua Jacobs, Vincent Sévigny, and Tyler Wotherspoon, and a one-year, two-way contract with goaltender Hunter Jones."
