While the team was practicing at the Bell Centre, preparing to take their team photo later on, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Rafaël Harvey-Pinard was on the ice with his teammates.

However, this positive update quickly took a concerning turn as the Quebecois forward retreated to the locker room just five minutes after stepping onto the rink.

Naturally, seeing RHP leave practice so swiftly, especially right after the warm-up, is definitely worrisome. It seems he might be trying to rush his return to play while clearly dealing with a significant issue.

It's worth noting that he sustained a lower-body injury during last Thursday's game against the Arizona Coyotes.

Let's hope his exit from the practice was more of a precaution and that he hasn't worsened his injury.
