During a Montreal Canadiens practice session in Brossard, captain Nick Suzuki's seemingly minor action has sparked considerable discussion.

Journalist Arpon Basu from The Athletic reported on Suzuki's presence at the practice.
"Alex Newhook appears to be a full participant in the Canadiens' practice. And Nick Suzuki is also on the ice after a very busy weekend."

Although it might seem routine, the fact that Suzuki was with the team, despite having a very busy weekend, speaks volumes about his commitment.
While the rest of the team enjoyed several days off to recharge, with many heading south, number 14 did not have this opportunity.
Yet, he was there as if it was just another day, which is not a common occurrence.
For comparison, Sebastian Aho of the Hurricanes was not present at practice to enjoy a day off, a common practice across the league for players who participated in the All-Star weekend.
Martin St-Louis likely gave Suzuki the option to rest an extra day, knowing what such a weekend entails from his playing days. However, Suzuki chose not to take it easy.
His presence and decision not to take a day off say a lot about him.
