According to new information shared by the reputable site, The Fourth Period, the Montreal Canadiens have reportedly received significant interest from two teams regarding Jake Allen.
While it was already known that the Edmonton Oilers had been eyeing the 33-year-old veteran since last summer, it's now revealed that the Los Angeles Kings have also shown interest in acquiring the goaltender.
With the trade market typically heating up around the American Thanksgiving period, it's expected that Kent Hughes, Montreal's general manager, will receive increasing interest for one of his netminders.
Still, according to The Fourth Period, the unfinished discussions between the Canadiens, Oilers, and Kings might intensify as the season progresses.
