We've just completed the first two rounds of the current playoff series, and it's worth noting that these playoffs are the most watched in history so far.

Both in the United States and Canada, the second round was the most watched of all time. Gary Bettman and the NHL have recently signed major deals with the mega American networks ESPN and TNT.

We must admit that the commissioner of the professional circuit has clearly succeeded with this new agreement. Several people had initially criticized the arrival of the NHL on ESPN and TNT. But, they are rather quiet now...
