Despite the Canadiens' impressive victory over the Colorado Avalanche last night, fans of the team received bad news in the middle of the third period. Indeed, Finnish forward Jesse Ylönen had to leave the game after being hit in the face by a clearance from his teammate Jayden Struble.

Ouch! What sad news!
After Kirby Dach, Alex Newhook, and Josh Anderson, another forward is down, putting Martin St-Louis in a very delicate situation for the upcoming games against the New Jersey Devils and the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday and Thursday night.
We will have to wait for an official update from the organization regarding the exact nature of his injury, but hopefully, he will be able to rejoin the Montreal lineup in the very near future.
The second-round pick in 2018 has accumulated three goals and four assists, totaling seven points in 36 games this season. It will be interesting to see if he will be able to participate in the team's next two games.
