BOMBSHELL: Shane Wright to be traded soon?

According to reputable insider David Pagnotta, several teams are seeking to acquire Wright before the 2024 draft.

Despite the surprise selection of Juraj Slafkovsky in the 2022 draft, the possibility of Wright joining the Canadiens is being discussed. However, the likelihood of this union remains uncertain.

Pagnotta reveals that multiple teams are interested in Wright and plan to contact him soon.

Although the Seattle Kraken's general manager does not appear particularly inclined to trade Wright, this possibility remains open.

At 20 years old, Wright has shown strong performances in the AHL this season, tallying 47 points in 59 games.

With only 7 points in 16 NHL games so far, he represents an intriguing option on the trade market for the Canadiens.
