BREAKING: Jesse Puljujarvi Joins a New NHL Team in the Canadiens Conference

It's an active day in the NHL, as we've just learned that the Pittsburgh Penguins have agreed to a contract with the enigmatic Finnish forward, Jesse Puljujarvi.

The fourth overall pick of the 2016 draft has secured a professional tryout contract to prove that he's ready to return to the NHL after undergoing two significant hip surgeries during the offseason.

If he has fully recovered from these two major injuries, which certainly had a major impact on his recent on-ice performances, he could become a very interesting acquisition for the Penguins. Given the team's depth and ability to provide him with a platform to showcase his talent, this could turn out to be a smart move.
