A concerning news has emerged regarding the New York Rangers, as it's been reported that the situation of forward Filip Chytil is causing worry within the organization.

According to TVA Sports, the first-round pick of the Blue Shirts in 2017 is reportedly suffering from his fourth concussion and has been sidelined "about ten times" in the regular season since 2018-2019.
Chytil has not laced up his skates since sustaining his latest concussion on November 2nd.
Journalist Larry Brooks, who has been covering the Rangers for many years, states that the Czech player's future in professional hockey and his quality of life are major concerns.
Given that the collateral effects of concussions are at the heart of serious long-term issues for a professional athlete, it's fair to say that this situation is extremely worrying, both for the young player and for his organization.
According to Brooks, it's possible that a trade by the Rangers might occur soon to fill the vacant spot in the group of forwards.
In 10 games this season, Chytil has accumulated six points. Notably, he had a breakout last year, in his fifth season with the Rangers, scoring 22 goals and 45 points in 74 games.
