The Montreal Canadiens secured a big win in regulation time yesterday against a team also battling for a playoff spot.

After the game, a moment between Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield caught attention on social media.
The two shared a special handshake that clearly demonstrated the great chemistry between them. Such moments are definitely cherished by fans!
However, journalist Stu Cowan pointed out, with a touch of irony, that the former management team of Marc Bergevin and Michel Therrien might not have approved of this.
"Marc Bergevin and Michel Therrien would not approve of this." - Stu Cowan

Under the previous management, the two young stars might have been reprimanded for such a gesture, similar to the famous celebration between Carey Price and P.K. Subban a few years earlier.
Frankly, there seems to be no issue with such symbolic moments of victory. Moreover, it's quite minimalist, far from the extravagance of post-game celebrations like those of the Carolina Hurricanes.
Fans hope to see more of this handshake between Suzuki and Caufield in the coming years, indicating that the Canadiens are returning to being among the league's top teams.
