Last-Minute Lineup Changes Confirmed by Martin St. Louis: Tanner Pearson Will Be Replaced Due to Injury

The Montreal Canadiens have just made an announcement regarding a last-minute change to tonight's lineup against the Nashville Predators.

Forward Michael Pezzetta will take Tanner Pearson's place in the lineup. Goalie Jake Allen will be in net. Defenseman David Savard will make a return to the game tonight. A decision will be made after the warm-up period regarding the defenseman who will give up his spot.

Clearly, Tanner Pearson has suffered a serious enough injury to be kept out of the match. Michael Pezzetta will take his place among the team's twelve forwards.

It's also learned that a defenseman will be left out after the warm-up period due to the return of David Savard.
