Following the return of Christian Dvorak, the Canadiens have sent a young defenseman down to Laval.

Lindstrom Sent Down

To become roster compliant, the Canadiens have sent Gustav Lindstrom down to the Laval Rocket.
Christian Dvorak will make his return tonight, necessitating an open spot.
Lindstrom, acquired in the Jeff Petry trade, will get to further develop with the Rocket, as the Canadiens get needed depth at centre with Dvorak.
