In the last few minutes, Hockey Canada has made a significant announcement regarding the scandal that occurred with the 2018 edition of Team Canada.
On one hand, we have learned that "all players from the 2018 national junior team remain suspended from Hockey Canada and are currently ineligible as players, coaches, officials, or volunteers within programs sanctioned by the organization."
This means that none of these individuals can participate in any event with Hockey Canada until further notice.
We also learn that the independent arbitration tribunal will present its own report because an appeal has been filed. This is one of the reasons for the delay in concluding and revealing the final report of this major investigation.
