It's indeed great news for the Montreal Canadiens and their fans that defenseman Jordan Harris is on track for a return to play. The organization announced a few days ago that Harris was progressing well in his recovery plan and could be back in action within 10 to 14 days.

As highlighted by Anthony Martineau, Harris hit the ice with his teammates yesterday morning but left the training session before team drills began. However, hours before the game against the New York Islanders, Renaud Lavoie confirmed that Jordan Harris participated in his first full practice since his lower-body injury sustained against the Boston Bruins on November 11th.

This development suggests that his rehabilitation is going smoothly, and he might rejoin Martin St-Louis's lineup before the holiday break. It will be interesting to see if his absence has affected his position in the defensive lineup, especially considering Jayden Struble's excellent performances lately.
