Honestly, the Seattle Kraken's management of Shane Wright has been completely baffling since his selection in the draft.

The team has made several questionable decisions regarding his development, and they have just repeated this in the last few hours.
While the organization recalled him from their farm team on Friday, the 4th overall pick of the 2022 draft didn't even get a chance to lace up for a game before he was already sent back to the minors.
The worst part? Seattle recalled the same player they had sent to Coachella Valley when they had recalled Wright, namely Tye Kartye.
It makes no sense for a team to recall their top prospect, who is having a solid season in the AHL at 19 years old with nine goals and 16 points in 19 games, only to ultimately not give him a chance to prove himself and send him back a few hours later.
Given that the Kraken are far from a high-performing team this season, I don't understand why they don't give Wright the opportunity to play with the main club.
They have a great prospect on their hands, and it seems like they're doing everything to alienate him.
