The Montreal Canadiens will look to bolster their attack this summer, as General Manager Kent Hughes has frequently mentioned in recent press conferences.

Several names have been mentioned in recent weeks, including Trevor Zegras, Alexander Holtz, Jack Quinn, and Cole Perfetti, to name a few.
Another name that frequently arises in discussions is Martin Necas of the Carolina Hurricanes. This season, in 77 games, the 25-year-old Czech has collected 53 points and will become a restricted free agent this summer.
However, in the playoffs, former Montreal Canadiens scout Grant McCagg is not a fan.
He is so convinced that Necas should not be a target for the Tricolore.
"I see Necas on the wish list of a lot of Habs fans as a potential pickup. In 56 career playoff games, he has nine goals, 26 points and one penalty. Not someone who excels when the checking gets tights...tends to play on the perimeter. I don't see him as a target." -Grant McCagg
