Victor Söderström, former first-round pick of the Arizona Coyotes, is potentially available on the trade market.
The Utah-based team is exploring options to move the 23-year-old Swedish defenseman, as reported by a PHNX Sportsg journalist.
While the team is open to extending the contract of the restricted free agent, standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 184 pounds, Söderström has yet to establish himself permanently in the National Hockey League (NHL), playing only 53 games over three seasons.
During the last season, the 11th overall pick in the 2019 draft tallied 32 points in 62 games with the Coyotes' minor league affiliate.
