Patrik Laine remains a member of the Columbus Blue Jackets, despite ongoing rumors since the beginning of the offseason.

In an interview with The Athletic, the Jackets' new general manager confirmed that there are still teams interested in acquiring the Finnish forward.

Patrik Laine has often been linked to the Montreal Canadiens. Given that Kent Hughes has yet to make a significant offensive player transaction, it's plausible that the Habs are among the interested teams.
