Georges Laraque's son was recently drafted into the Western Hockey League. He's a beast and a player with tremendous potential at his age.
At 15, he stands at 6 feet 4 inches and weighs nearly 200 pounds. The Seattle Thunderbirds selected him in the 4th round. His late selection was due to rumors suggesting that he aimed to pursue college hockey in the United States.
Former NHL player and friendly host at BPM Sports extensively discussed this on his show last Friday.
"Big Georges" finally confirmed the news. Marcus Laraque has decided to continue his journey in the WHL. He will therefore compete in this junior circuit starting from the 2025-2026 season.
